Our form doesn’t allow attachments, but once we reply by text or email, please text or email clear pictures of the items if at all possible. It makes a huge difference and helps us help you faster.

We get a lot of messages that start with: “I have this thing… it kind of looks like a statue, but maybe a lamp… or an animal?” As fun as that sounds, it’s a guessing game we never win.

A photo tells us in two seconds what three paragraphs won’t—so to save everyone time (and sanity), we strongly prefer photos. ​

We don't expect a hundred pictures of everything. Often times a couple photographs of a full bookcase, a few pictures of a garage full of stuff or a handful of pictures of some examples laid out on a table can really give us an idea of what your unique items are.
